Delivery Guaranteed – or
your Money Back provided the delivery details you supplied when
ordering were correct. For US Customers: If your order does not arrive by day 25 (unless otherwise contacted beforehand by our Manager or
as specified on the product information) after shipment our supplier will resend your order at our cost or the amount
charged for your order will be refunded. For non-US customers: If your order does not arrive by day 45 (unless otherwise contacted beforehand
by our Manager or as specified on the product information) after shipment our supplier will resend your order at our cost or the amount
charged for your order will be refunded.

Orders are normally
dispatched within 48-72 hours of receiving them during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders
received after 1:00 PM EST Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following business
day. The orders are subject to stock availability. For generic products sourced from India the
dispatch time is between 72-96 hours.

For all orders with a Total Goods value of
over US$200, DELIVERY will be FREE. For all orders with a Total Goods
value less than OR equal to US$200, including orders for multiple products, there
is a standard $9.50 delivery charge. If for any reason an order has to
be sent in more than one package, only a single delivery charge will
apply.

Purchasers should allow 15 - 20 days (US only) or 20-40 days (non-US) between placing an order and receiving it.
Some customers have reported receiving orders in 10 days while for others (very few) it has taken up to 20 days.

Orders are shipped via
International Registered Mail™ which provides assurance of delivery.
The final stage of delivery using this system is though each country's
internal mail system. Delivery times will therefore vary depending on
the efficiency of the domestic mail system. If you need information

Orders to countries with
unreliable mail systems (many in some Asian countries, South America, South Africa, and
in the Middle East) will not be processed.

We do not ship to an APO delivery address. However, if you have an address in the US or UK, we will be able to process your order.

A courier system will not be used as this causes unnecessary administration and delays.

Some countries will not allow the importation of prescription medicines even for personal use. These include Ireland, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Mexico, Romania, Russia, and Taiwan. Unfortunately because of this fact orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled.

Orders received with a
Canadian delivery address will not be processed unless the customer
agrees to take the risk of the order going missing and faxes their
prescription to 1-800-234-9185. Unfortunately our suppliers have had to
take this position due to the significant number of orders that have
recently been stopped at the Canadian border and denied access.
