A. If you find a lower price for the same product by another PharmacyChecker accredited online pharmacy we will beat it by 5%. Competitor promotions and specials are excluded. Competitor must have product in stock.

A. Delivery is guaranteed; or your money back, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct. If your order does not arrive by day 21 after shipment your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded.

A. Once you have made your product selection, click ‘Buy’ and proceed through the online ordering procedure to complete your order:

If the product selected is a prescription medicine, either fax your prescription to 1-800-799-4033 or email it to prescription@discount-prescription-drugs-online.com after you have completed your order.
Click 'continue' to move to step 2.
Step 2 – Secure Payment
Once your details are entered at step 2, you then click ‘next’ to move to a
secure server where you enter credit card details (card type, card number, name
on card, expiry date and security ID). This secure server uses 256-bit

Q. Can you explain the ordering process for non-prescription medicines?
A. When ordering non-prescription medicines, you are able to select ‘OTC product - no prescription required’ on the Prescription or OTC product Page during the ordering procedure before clicking ‘Continue’ to proceed to Secure Payment.
Q. What happens after I have placed an order?
A. Once you have correctly completed step 2 of the ordering process and
pressed ‘Continue’, an order confirmation will be automatically emailed to the email address
you supplied when you placed your order. This shows the product(s) you ordered, the
quantity, the cost and the address they will be delivered to.
Orders are processed within 1-4 working days of receiving them. You can
expect to receive an email message confirming your order has been dispatched
within this timeframe. If for any reason the product you ordered is not in
stock, you will be notified of this. You will be given the option of leaving
your order with us, and it will be dispatched as soon as new stock arrives, or
cancelling your order for a full refund.
Q. How do I refill an order?
A. To refill an order simply call, fax or email Discount-Prescription-Drugs-Online, quote your previous order number and request that a refill be shipped. Be sure to include your full name, last order number and phone number when ordering refills by phone or fax or email.

Q. What if my order does not arrive?
Delivery Guaranteed – or your Money Back provided the delivery details you
supplied when ordering were correct. If your order does not arrive by day 21
after shipment our supplier will resend your order at our cost or the amount
charged for your order will be refunded.
Q. What is the delivery charge?
A. For all orders with a Total Goods value of over US$200, DELIVERY will be
FREE. For all orders with a Total Goods value less than US$200, including orders
for multiple products, there is a standard $9.50 delivery charge. If for any
reason an order has to be sent in more than one package, only a single delivery
charge will apply.
Q. How are orders shipped?
A. Orders are shipped via International Registered Mail™ which provides
assurance of delivery. The final stage of delivery using this system is though
each country's internal mail system. Delivery times will therefore vary
depending on the efficiency of the domestic mail system. If you need information
about the status of your delivery please contact us.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. Delivery time varies depending on destination and the postal service load at the time. The standard time for delivery to customers is between 15 and 20 days. Some customers have reported receiving orders in 5-6 days while for others (very few) it has taken up to 25 days. Delivery times can be unpredictably delayed by customs. Recently some orders have experienced additional 3-7 day delays due to increased security procedures being conducted at USA and European ports. Also customers need to be aware that delivery times can be extended due to the additional mail load over the Christmas-New Year period (Dec-Jan). It is advisable to order 30 days in advance to ensure you receive your medicines when you need them.
Q. My order was of a very high value – will it be safe?
A. Orders of relatively high value are often split into two separate
deliveries. We take this approach because it lowers the risk associated with the
potential loss of a single high value dispatch (Fewer than 1% of our dispatches
are, however, lost in the international mail service). Note: A single $9.50
delivery charge will still apply to orders that are split into two separate
deliveries.
Q. Will I pay any sales tax on prescription items I am importing from international sources?
A. You will need to check regulations that apply in your country to ensure you will not be liable for sales tax. We have not received any feedback from customers that they have been charged sales tax for any prescription orders dispensed by Discount Prescription Drugs Online supplying pharmacies.
Q. Can my family member's order be combined in the same package to help me save on the freight charge?
A. Yes. Members of the same household can combine products ordered in the same package for one shipping charge of $9.50. To have packages shipped together please email us instructions immediately after placing your order informing us of the order numbers to be shipped together. We will then make the necessary adjustment to your charges.
Q. Do I need a prescription?
A. When ordering a prescription product you must supply a prescription. This can be faxed to 1-800-799-4033 or emailed to prescription@discount-prescription-drugs-online.com. We can also assist by contacting your Doctor to request a prescription. During the online ordering procedure you will be given the opportunity to provide your Doctor's name, State, Country and Phone number.
Q. Can I import prescription products into the U.S.A.?
A. If the letter of the law is observed then the importation of prescription
medicines into the U.S. is not strictly legal. However there is a
'discretionary' provision in FDA policy which provides the flexibility for
private individuals to
import medicine for personal use under certain circumstances.
Q. What about U.S. customers?
A. Many millions of US citizens have been satisfactorily supplied discounted
medicines via the Internet. However, you must make a personal assessment as to
whether you wish to use the Discount Prescription Drugs Online service based on

Q. Is there a limit to how much I can order?
A. Customers can purchase a maximum of three months personal supply of each of our prescription products. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3-month supply then we can fill those as refills when you wish. It is not necessary to wait three months before ordering your next three month supply.
Q. Can the quality of the products shipped be guaranteed?
A. Q. Will you accept a check for payment of an order?
Unfortunately no. Checks are not accepted for payment of orders. Orders are normally paid for using either Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Q. When do you bill my credit card?
Billing is completed just prior to your order being shipped, after your prescription has been received and checked. Your credit card is authorized for charging at the time you place your order but is not charged at that time.
Q. Can you bill my credit card from outside the U.S.A.?
Most of the time we can charge your credit card without any issues, but some
credit card companies block charges to your card that originate from a foreign
country. Payment cannot be collected even when the correct credit card
information has been provided. We suggest you contact your credit card company
to notify them that you expect a charge from Pacific Customer Services, and ask
them to remove any blocks on that charge.
Q. Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately no. Discount-Prescription-Drugs-Online cannot accept insurance. We will provide you with a medication receipt. Please contact your insurance agent for more details.
Q. Are there any other fees other than the drug cost and shipping/handling?
The Discount-Prescription-Drugs-Online charge for your order covers product cost and the cost of shipping (pharmacy dispensing fees are included in our drug prices.) However, please note some USA banks charge a small international transaction fee as they process the charge for your order (please contact us if this occurs and we will resolve the issue for you.). And some UK customers have incurred a customs charge to receive their order. If you need information about customs charges that may apply to receive your order then please check with your local Customs agency before placing your order.
Q. What is the window that pops up asking for additional personal/security information after I place my credit card details online to complete my order?
This is a new service created by your credit card provider called 3-D secure. Please don’t be concerned if this happens when you are completing your online order.
